I was thinking of what an AU of them being a human would be like
I imagine Applejack would be named Ashley (I have no idea what surname would be maybe just Apple's)
She would be on a farm like in MLP and that she also works part time at Pinkie's place
cause you know just cause you got a farm doesn't mean it can support the whole family
Applebloom would be like the newspaper girl with Sweetiebell and Scootaloo
The Cutiemark Crusaders is an unofficial 4-H group trying to find their talents and do many things
Big mac would be a construction worker that is actually very brilliant
Granny would be a retired farmer from the later 1900's
I like to think Applejack's parents actually waited to have them till their 30's while Granny just have children in her late
teens and early twenties and have many children one of Applejacks's parents being the first born (So they get the farm mostly)
Applejack actually has multiple aunts and uncles that just moved away to find work or their own farm
